Melodie’s career has been devoted to building, managing, and growing organizations in the community, health, and social service arena. As a Principal with The Osborne Group, Melodie’s 20-year consulting career focused on providing governance, strategic, operational, and merger planning to a wide range of not-for-profit organizations in Ontario and across Canada including Family Health Teams, children’s mental health organizations, medical and legal professional organizations, men’s and women’s shelters, and United Way branches.  

Melodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and an MBA. She is a committed volunteer and board member for several health and community service agencies. She is currently the Board Chair of Marigold Hospice Care (Clarington), overseeing construction of a hospice residence, with plans to be operational in 2025.  

Melodie lives in Uxbridge and spends her spare time golfing, walking, riding horses, and trying to keep up with a growing number of grandchildren.
