Andrew Go is the Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for Staples Canada and is responsible for Staples Canada’s ecommerce, digital, and omnichannel customer experiences. He also leads their enterprise data centre of excellence, Staples Preferred, a Premier Membership program for small businesses, and the contact centres for Staples Canada and Staples Professional. He also spearheads the enterprise’s marketing efforts. At Staples, Andrew is a member of the DEI Steerco and is executive sponsor of the Pride BRG.

Andrew has amassed deep operating experience across multiple industries and has a strong track record for collaborative leadership. Prior to joining Staples, Andrew was Vice President of Marketing for TD Insurance, Canada’s largest direct-to-consumer insurer. In addition, Andrew led ecommerce, analytics, and advertising for The Home Depot Canada. Andrew also has extensive success in launching and scaling digital, media, and publishing businesses in Canada, the UK, and India. He holds a BBA and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and continues to serve his community as an alumni mentor, as well as a not-for-profit board member and an advisor for several start-ups. Andrew and his wife met while working at Harlequin, the world’s largest publisher of romantic fiction, and they have two precocious daughters.
